Well Being Hubs could improve your “Vitality”!
There’s no doubt that “Vitality” can spice up your life, and what better way to find out how than by meeting the teachers, watching or even taking part in a demonstration at a series of community Well Being open days at various venues around the North Kesteven area.
These FREE open access days have been arranged by the Partnership NK “Our Communities” group supported by Vitality, NK Outreach, the ArtsNK partnership, NK Social Strollers, NK Health Trainers, Sleaford Citizens Advice Bureau and many others. They are designed for all ages and will feature activities, demonstrations and information from an extensive range of exhibitors including Vitality. Click here for more details Wellbeing Leaflet
The first event takes place at Billinghay Village Hall on Friday 31st July 11am – 3pm, followed by Welbourn Village Hall on Tuesday 18th August 4pm – 8pm, Skellingthorpe Community Centre on Sunday 13th September 11am – 3pm, Waddington Village Hall on Monday 26th October 11am – 3pm and finally Helpringham Village Hall on Saturday 14th November 11am – 3pm
