Waddington Wellbeing Day coming soon
Waddington Village Hall is the venue for the next Wellbeing Day on Monday 26th October at 11 am. It’s FREE to come along and a great way to meeting the Vitality teachers, watch and even take part in a demonstration.
These open access days have been arranged by the Partnership NK “Our Communities” group supported by Vitality, NK Outreach, the ArtsNK partnership, NK Social Strollers, NK Health Trainers, Sleaford Citizens Advice Bureau and many others.
They are designed for all ages and will feature activities, demonstrations and information from an extensive range of exhibitors including Vitality.
The final event will take place at Helpringham Village Hall on Saturday 14th November 11am – 3pm
