FREE Fun for the whole family at the last Wellbeing Day for 2015!
Don’t miss our final Wellbeing Open Day of 2015 on Saturday 14th November at Helpringham Village Hall between 11 am to 3 pm.
This is the last in a series of FREE open access days that have been arranged by the Partnership NK “Our Communities” group supported by Vitality – Exercise for the over 60’s, NK Outreach, the ArtsNK partnership and many others. They are designed for all ages and will feature FREE activities, demonstrations and information from an extensive range of exhibitors including Vitality.
For the younger audience the NK Outreach Team will have a range of equipment available to try like their climbing wall or their mobile skate park!
Plus visual and performing arts specialists, artsNK and the artsNK Dance Team will be on hand to show you how you can get involved in their various projects throughout Lincolnshire and you can discover the latest health walks in your area with NK Social Stollers. Also present will be NK Health Trainers, Sleaford Citizens Advice Bureau and NK Voluntary Services.
