It’s easy to get started!

The Vitality team have created an “Exercise at Home” leaflet to assist those wanting to be more active but who are unable to do this outside of the home. The leaflet should not be used without first seeking medical advice.  All the exercises should be done in moderation and to your own ability. We suggest you use the leaflet 3 to 4 times a week and build up the repetitions as you get used to the exercises. Click here to download or contact us for more information.
