Kimberley joined the Vitality team in February 2009 following successful completion of the EXTEND course and takes Vitality classes in the Sleaford and Lincoln areas. As well as taking some of our larger classes, her wide ranging exercise experience, qualifications and motivational style make her the perfect choice to deliver our training courses.

Susie was working as an EXTEND Instructor before joining the Vitality team where she now takes both part & part and active classes in the Grantham and surrounding areas. Her expertise with COPD medical conditions has proven invaluable in providing advice for the team and participants alike. Susie’s reassuring style encourages her participants to work to their own pace whilst striving to progress

Heather joined the Vitality team in February 2011 and in doing so brought a wealth of exercise experience with her. Extend qualified and from an aerobics background, Heather takes a range of popular seated and standing classes across Lincoln where she combines suitable movements with a thorough knowledge of medical conditions to ensure her classes are safe but fun.

Lorraine brings with her many years of exercise experience including work as an Exercise Referral Adviser and Health Activator. Lorraine takes Vitality classes for us in the Boston and South Holland areas, where her aim is to help participants progress and develop in a friendly environment.

Liz has worked in the exercise field in Gainsborough for many years and has continued to develop her skills through various courses including the COPD Exercise Instructors course which has given her insight into this medical condition. Her ability to combine effective exercise with plenty of fun has meant her Vitality classes in and around the Gainsborough area continue to prove very popular.

Debbie is one of our most experienced teachers and has undergone various courses over the past few years (including Exercise Referral and EXTEND) to ensure she continues to deliver high quality Vitality classes. Debbie’s fun and relaxed style combined with theoretical knowledge has meant that her classes in Billingborough and the North Kesteven district are well attended.

Suzanne joined us following a successful teaching career to cover Kimberley’s maternity leave. She is really enjoying teaching the classes and meeting all our lovely participants.  Suzanne now has her own Vitality classes in East Lindsey, North Kesteven and Lincoln.

With over 25 years management experience, Clive heads the project. He is a GP Exercise Referral instructor and specialist in Pulmonary Rehabilitation as well as Obesity & Diabetes. He has been teaching Over 60s seated exercise classes for more than 4 years.
